Please call 518.347.0871 and leave a message for Diane if you are interested.     Thank you!

MEETING THE NEED

Many people in our community struggle to make ends meet. While programs exist to help families with many necessities, access to personal care items is not consistent. These items can't be purchased with SNAP benefits (commonly referred to as food stamps) and are not always readily available in food pantries, where many low income community members seek assistance. Having access to personal care products is important for the overall well-being and dignity of a person.

To help meet this need, we have set up our very own "Personal Care Closet" and have asked each of our participating parishes to help with collecting these items throughout the year.

DISTRIBUTION

Products will be sorted and packaged into kits for distribution to families who need them through the Food Pantries at St. Luke, St. Paul the Apostle and St. Madeleine Sophie.  We will also keep a supply on hand to use with our own Good Neighbor Program.
Read more about our new "Personal Care Closet" in our Spring 2018 Newsletter.
Your donations are greatly appreciated.
Check with your parish to see if there is a "Personal Care Closet" collection box
or call 518.347.0871 to make arrangements for drop-off.
